ישראל במלחמה | הקהילה האקדמית מגיבה

בעקבות המתקפה הרצחנית של החמאס בשבת האיומה ומאז ה-7.10.23 פורסמו מנשרים וניירות עמדה מטעם גופים בקהילה האקדמית ברחבי העולם, לרבות מוסדות להשכלה גבוהה, אגודות, התארגנויות ומכונים. בחלקם חסר גינוי נחרץ לטבח האזרחים בישראל, יש ניסיון ליצור סימטריה בין תקיפת החמאס לבין תגובת ישראל, יש חד צדדיות ואף הצדקה של טבח החמאס בישראל.

In the wake of Hamas’ genocidal attack on Israel on October 7, 2023 and since, various messages and position papers have been disseminated by entities within the global academic community, including higher education institutions, associations, organizations, and institutes. Regrettably, some of these publications lack a firm condemnation of the civilian massacre in Israel, attempt to draw a false equivalence between the Hamas attack and Israel's response, present a one-sided perspective or even justify the Hamas massacre in Israel.
